Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or use Narrow the Number. Store terms also apply to your download and purchases.
Provider and licence
Technova IT Solutions Ltd grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on supported devices for lawful, non-commercial use. The app and its content remain owned by Technova and its licensors.
Challenge Designer purchase
The app includes free challenges and offers Challenge Designer as an optional, one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase. Apple or Google controls billing, taxes, family-sharing availability, refunds, regional pricing and the purchasing account. Restore purchases with that same platform account. The entitlement can be restored; locally stored challenges and results may not be.
Your challenges
You remain responsible for names and settings you create. The first release does not publish or share them with other users. Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or interfere with store services.
Availability and updates
We may update, correct, suspend or withdraw features where reasonably necessary. Device, operating-system and store changes can affect availability. We do not promise that locally stored data will survive deletion, device loss, migration or backup restoration.
Liability
The app is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of locally stored challenges or progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms, subject to rights that continue under applicable law.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. Updated terms will be published here with a new effective date.
